Cooking Directions

  • Season the pork with salt and pepper, if desired.  Place the onion and pepper into a 6-quart slow cooker.  Top with the pork.  Stir the soup and picante sauce in a medium bowl.  Pour the soup mixture over the pork.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH or 4 to 5 hours or until the pork is done.  Season to taste before serving.
