Scalloped Potatoes with a Cheesy Twist

Our recipe for Scalloped Potatoes with a Cheesy Twist combines two of our delicious soups with potatoes, bacon and garlic for a creamy, cheesy, flavorful side dish that pairs perfectly with beef, chicken or pork.  This scalloped potato side dish takes about 15 minutes to pull together then bakes until golden brown on top and creamy in the center.

Cooking Directions

  • Set the oven to 350°F.  Stir the mushroom soup, nacho cheese soup, crumbled bacon, milk, garlic, green onions, if desired, in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.  Add the potatoes and stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.  Cover the baking dish.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender. Uncover the baking dish.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown.

  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbells® Condensed Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
  • 0.5  pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 green onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup) (optional)
  • 5 medium potato, peeled and thinly sliced (about 5 cups)
