Roasted Potatoes with Thyme
A jar of gravy and a touch of thyme are all you need to make these oven-roasted potatoes top-notch!

Cooking Directions
- Place the potatoes, oil, thyme and pepper in a 13 x 11-inch shallow baking pan and toss to coat.
- Bake at 400°F. for 20 minutes. Turn the potatoes and bake for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and browned.
- Heat the gravy in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until it's hot and serve over the potatoes.

- 4 medium white potato, sliced 1/4-inch thick (about 4 cups)
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Chicken Gravy
