Quick Chicken Tacos

All you need is 6 on-hand ingredients and 15 minutes start-to finish to get these delicious tacos on the table.  Canned chicken simmers in salsa for the filling- then serve in taco shells (or tortillas or over tortilla chips) with your favorite taco toppings.

Cooking Directions

  • Stir the chicken and salsa in a 1-quart saucepan. Heat over low heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring often.
  • Arrange the lettuce in the taco shells. Top with 1/4 cup chicken mixture, shredded Cheddar cheese and sour cream and serve with additional salsa, if desired.
