  • Heat the oven to 400°F.Stir the potato flakes, cheese and oregano on a plate.Brush the chicken with mayonnaise on both sides and coat with the potato mixture.Place the chicken on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
