Cooking Directions

  • Set the oven to 400°F.  While the oven is heating, season the pork as desired.
  • Place the bread crumbs onto a plate.  Beat the egg in a shallow dish with a fork or whisk.  Dip the pork in the egg.  Coat with the bread crumbs.  Place the pork onto a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.  Pour the sauce over the pork.  Sprinkle with the cheese.
  • Bake for 5 minutes or until the pork is cooked through and the cheese is melted.

  • 1.25 pounds thin-sliced boneless pork chop, 1/4-inch thick
  • 0.5 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)
