Pork Mozzarella

Cooking Directions
- Set the oven to 400°F. While the oven is heating, season the pork as desired.
- Place the bread crumbs onto a plate. Beat the egg in a shallow dish with a fork or whisk. Dip the pork in the egg. Coat with the bread crumbs. Place the pork onto a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Pour the sauce over the pork. Sprinkle with the cheese.
- Bake for 5 minutes or until the pork is cooked through and the cheese is melted.

- 1.25 pounds thin-sliced boneless pork chop, 1/4-inch thick
- 0.5 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)
