Pork Chops and Mustard Onion Gravy
Sautéed boneless pork chops are a great dinner option...here, we add an easy to make mustard-onion gravy that adds terrific flavor to both the chops and the accompanying mashed potatoes.

Cooking Directions
- Season pork as desired. Coat pork with flour.
- Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook for 8 minutes or until browned on both sides. Remove pork from skillet and keep warm.
- Add onion to skillet. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes until onion is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in gravy and mustard and cook until mixture is hot and bubbling. Reduce heat to low. Return pork to skillet and cook until pork is heated through.

- 4 boneless pork chop, 3/4-inch thick
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, cut in half and sliced (about 1 cup)
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Golden Pork Gravy
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
