Peaches & Cream Cups

Canned peaches are sautéed with butter, brown sugar and lemon juice, spooned into golden puff pastry cups and topped with whipped topping and chopped pecans. The result is a delectable dessert that’s absolutely divine!

Cooking Directions

  • Heat the butter in an 8-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and lemon juice and cook and stir for 1 minute. Add the peaches and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Remove the skillet from the heat.
  • Spoon the peach mixture into the pastry cups. Top with the whipped topping and sprinkle with the pecans.

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup drained diced canned peaches in light syrup
  • 1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions
  • 0.5 cup whipped topping
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
