Mini Waffle Sandwiches

This triple-decker treat is a breakfast and lunch mash up!  Layer deli meats and cheese on mini waffles and top it off with a gherkin.   Campbell's® Condensed Chicken Noodle Soup makes a perfect pairing for these fun sandwiches.

Cooking Directions

  • Spread the honey mustard on one side of the waffles. Divide the turkey and half the cheese among 4 waffles.  Top with the another layer of waffles, the ham, remaining cheese and remaining waffles.  Top each sandwich with a pickle and secure with a wooden pick.

  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 12 frozen mini waffles, toasted
  • 4 slices deli turkey breast
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese, cut in quarters
  • 4 slices deli ham
  • 4 mini sweet gherkin pickle
