Mac & Beef Soup

Cooking Directions

  • Season the beef as desired.  Cook the beef, onion, pepper and garlic powder in a 4-quart saucepot over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
  • Stir the soup, water, Worcestershire and macaroni in the saucepot and cook until the mixture is hot.  Season to taste.

  • 0.5 pound ground beef (85% lean)
  • 1 extra large onion, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni (from about 1 cup/4 ounces dry)
