Lighter Chicken Cheesesteaks
You won't feel like you're missing a thing when eating these scrumptious chicken cheesesteak sandwiches. They use whole wheat bread and fat-free cheese to give just as much flavor as the higher-calorie deli version.

Cooking Directions
- Spray a 10-inch skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the onion and water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the onion is tender. Remove the onion from the skillet. Cover and keep warm.
- Increase the heat to medium-high. Add the sandwich steaks and cook until they're well browned and cooked through. Top with the cheese and cook until the cheese is melted.
- Divide the steak mixture evenly between 2 bread slices. Top with the onions, sliced hot cherry peppers, if desired and remaining bread slices

- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 ounces frozen chicken sandwich steak(1/3 of a 9-ounce package)
- 2 slices reduced fat American cheese
- 4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread
