Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese
Liven up lunchtime with this appetizer inspired grilled cheese. Jalapeño poppers add a little crunch and a little spice to make an ordinary grilled cheese extraordinary. We’ve paired it with Campbell’s® Slow Kettle® Style Fiesta Lime Tortilla Soup for a combination that’s anything but boring.

Cooking Directions
- Butter one side of the bread slices. Layer the cheese and poppers between the bread slices (keeping the buttered sides on the outside).
- Heat a 12-inch skillet over medium-low heat. Cook the sandwiches for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted, turning over once halfway through the cooking time.
