Cooking Directions

  • Stir the pasta, chicken, zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes and dressing in a large bowl until coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups corkscrew pasta(rotini), cooked and drained
  • 2 cans (4.5 ounces each ) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
  • 1 large zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms(about 3 ounces)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters
  • 0.75 cup creamy fat free Italian herb dressing
