Hummus & Cucumber Cups
Light and tasty, these appetizers are super easy to prepare. Golden puff pastry cups hold a savory filling of prepared hummus, chopped cucumber and red pepper. It just doesn’t get any easier or more delicious than this.

Cooking Directions
- Stir the hummus, cucumber and red pepper in a small bowl.
- Spoon about 2 teaspoons hummus mixture into each pastry cup. Top with the parsley.

- 0.25 cup finely chopped English (seedless) cucumber
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions
