Hummus & Cucumber Cups

Light and tasty, these appetizers are super easy to prepare. Golden puff pastry cups hold a savory filling of prepared hummus, chopped cucumber and red pepper. It just doesn’t get any easier or more delicious than this.

Cooking Directions

  • Stir the hummus, cucumber and red pepper in a small bowl.
  • Spoon about 2 teaspoons hummus mixture into each pastry cup. Top with the parsley.
