- Beat the eggs and milk in a small bowl with a fork or whisk.
- Heat the butter in an 8-inch skillet over low heat. Add the egg mixture and cook for 2 minutes or until set, stirring often.
- Spoon the egg mixture into the pastry cups. Top with the caviar, crème fraiche, if desired, and chives.

- 1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions
- 2 tablespoons caviar
- 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
