Cooking Directions

  • Beat the eggs and milk in a small bowl with a fork or whisk.
  • Heat the butter in an 8-inch skillet over low heat. Add the egg mixture and cook for 2 minutes or until set, stirring often.
  • Spoon the egg mixture into the pastry cups.  Top with the caviar, crème fraiche, if desired, and chives.

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions
  • 2 tablespoons caviar
  • 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
