Whole Wheat Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Cooking Directions
- Stir the chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise, yogurt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among 4 bread slices. Top each with 2 slices tomato, 1 leaf lettuce and 1 remaining bread slice.

- 0.25 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons fat free mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
- 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 8 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread
- 8 tomato slice
- 4 lettuce leaves
