Wedge Salad
There’s nothing easier than serving a wedge of lettuce topped with delicious ingredients. We’ve used bacon, blue cheese and tomatoes, but feel free to add whatever you like. You can assemble this salad literally in minutes, while your soup is heating up.

- Place the lettuce wedge onto a plate. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with the bacon and tomatoes.

- 0.25 small head iceberg lettuce
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese salad dressing
- 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 0.5 cup grape tomatoes cut in half
