Slow Cooker Lentil Soup with Beef

Cooking Directions

  • Stir the soup, water, celery, carrots, lentils, tomatoes, thyme, garlic and beef in a 5-quart slow cooker. Season as desired.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until the beef is fork-tender.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans (10 1/2 ounces each ) Campbell’s® Condensed French Onion Soup
  • 1.333 cups (1 soup can) water
  • 3 stalks celery, sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 3 large carrot, sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1.5 cups dried lentils
  • 1 can (about 14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 pounds beef for stew, cut into 1-inch pieces
