Cooking Directions
- Grate 1 teaspoon zest from the lemon.
- Stir the prunes, mixed fruit, apricots, cranberries, raisins, juice, wine, lemon zest and vanilla extract in a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.

- 24 ounces (about 4 cups) dried prunes
- 7 ounces (about 1 1/2 cups) mixed dried fruit
- 6 ounces (about 1 1/2 cups) dried apricots
- 0.5 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 0.333 cup raisins
- 4 cups V8 V-Fusion® Pomegranate Blueberry
- 1 cup white zinfandel
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
