Skillet Pork Chops & Beans
This 30-minute dish uses prepared pork and beans, together with celery, onion and brown sugar to add flavor and substance to sautéed pork chops.

Cooking Directions
- Spray a 10-inch skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the pork and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
- Remove the skillet from heat and spray with the cooking spray. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the onion and celery and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the pork and beans and brown sugar and heat to a boil. Return the pork to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.

- 0.5 pound boneless pork chop, 3/4 inch thick
- 0.333 cup chopped onion
- 0.333 cup chopped celery
- 1 can (14.8 ounces) Campbell's® Pork & Beans
- 2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
