Cooking Directions

  • Heat the broth, tomatoes, cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder in 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.
  • Stir in the rotini. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the rotini is tender.  Season to taste.

  • 3.5 cups Vegetable or Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon drained canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 ounces (about 3 cups) uncooked rotini (spiral) pasta
