Cooking Directions

  • Stir the pudding mix, pumpkin, milk and pumpkin pie spice in a medium bowl. Fold in the whipped topping.
  • Spoon the pumpkin mixture into the pastry cups. Sprinkle with the confectioners' sugar.

  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
  • 0.25 cup pumpkin
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.25 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup whipped toppingor sweetened whipped cream
  • 1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions
  • 0.25 cup confectioners' sugar
