Cooking Directions
- Cook the beef in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
- Stir the picante sauce, yellow mustard, brown sugar and green onions, if desired, in the skillet. Cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
- Reduce heat. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Divide the beef mixture evenly among the rolls.

- 1.25 pounds ground beef
- 1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Picante Sauce
- 1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 0.25 cup green onion, if desired
- 6 Pepperidge Farm® Sesame Topped Hamburger Buns, split and toasted
