Peach Mango & Vanilla Overnight Oats
Hearty, healthy and portable…breakfast on-the-go doesn’t get much easier than 3 ingredients that you prep before bed. Wholesome oats combine with V8 for fantastic fruity flavor and yogurt for sweetness and creaminess. Stir together, refrigerate overnight and let the oats soak up all the goodness. A great start to any morning!

Cooking Directions
- Stir the oats, yogurt and juice in a medium bowl. Divide the oat mixture between two small containers with lids (we like 1-pint mason jars so you have room to add toppings later). Close the containers and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
- Stir, then enjoy straight out of the containers.
