Open-Faced Ham & Cheese

Cooking Directions
- Heat the broiler. Spread the honey mustard on the cut sides of the muffins. Divide the ham among the muffins. Top with the cheese. Place the muffins onto a baking sheet.
- Broil 4 inches from the heat for 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

- 2 tablespoons honey mustard or cranberry honey mustard
- 2 English muffin, split and toasted
- 12 very thin slices deli honey ham
- 4 slices Muenster cheese
