Open-Faced Ham & Cheese

Cooking Directions

  • Heat the broiler.  Spread the honey mustard on the cut sides of the muffins.  Divide the ham among the muffins.  Top with the cheese.  Place the muffins onto a baking sheet.
  • Broil 4 inches from the heat for 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard or cranberry honey mustard
  • 2 English muffin, split and toasted
  • 12 very thin slices deli honey ham
  • 4 slices Muenster cheese
