Mini Goldfish Meatloaves
How tasty...these mini meatloaves are studded with goldfish shaped crackers that add flavor, texture and fun!

Cooking Directions
- Place the croutons in a resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag and crush the croutons with a rolling pin until crumbs form.
- Thoroughly mix the ground beef, crouton crumbs, egg and milk in a large bowl. Divide the beef mixture evenly into 6 portions. Shape each portion into a small loaf. Place the loaves on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Press the Goldfish® crackers onto the surface of the loaves.
- Bake the loaves at 375°F. for 30 minutes or until they're cooked through.

- 1.5 pounds ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 0.5 cup Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish® Cheddar (about 55 crackers)
