Glazed Chicken with Fruit & Sweet Potatoes

Cooking Directions

  • Heat 1 cup broth, fruit, brown sugar, garlic powder and rosemary in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil.
  • Place the chicken, potato and onion into a roasting pan. Pour the broth mixture over the chicken and vegetables.  Cover the pan.
  • Bake at 450°F. for 15 minutes. Uncover the pan.  Pour the remaining broth into the pan.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

  • 1.75 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth
  • 7 ounces (1 package) dried fruit bitsor morsels
  • 0.25 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
  • 4 bone-in chicken breast half
  • 1 large sweet potato, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
