Fast Fiesta Soft Tacos

Cooking Directions
- Cook the beef and chili powder in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
- Stir the picante sauce in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
- Spoon about 1/4 cup beef mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with the lettuce and cheese. Fold the tortillas around the filling. Serve with additional picante sauce.

- 8 flour tortilla, warmed
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
