Crabcake Cups

Golden puff pastry cups hold a savory crabmeat filling that’s loaded with fabulous flavor. They’re so easy to prepare but the result is an impressive appetizer that’s a definite keeper!

Cooking Directions

  • Heat the oven to 350°F.
  • Stir the crabmeat, egg, bread crumbs, red pepper and lemon juice in a small bowl.  Spoon the crabmeat mixture into the pastry cups.  Place the filled pastry cups onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 5 minutes or until the filling is hot.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (6 ounces) premium lump crabmeat, drained and picked over
  • 1 egg
  • 0.25 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions
