Classic Cranberry-Orange Relish

A food processor makes this a very easy relish -- although you can chop the ingredients by hand. The relish tastes refreshing with the Thanksgiving meal and is dynamite on turkey sandwiches!

Cooking Directions

  • Place half the orange and half the cranberries into a food processor.  Cover and process until the mixture is coarsely chopped.  Spoon the orange mixture into a bowl.  Repeat with the remaining orange and cranberries.Stir in the sugar, 1/4 cup at a time, until desired sweetness.  Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
