Chicken Pizza Muffins

Don't you just love English muffin pizza?  We've made a good thing even better by adding canned chicken to the recipe.  Give them a try...they're on the table in less than 15 minutes!

Cooking Directions

  • Place the muffins on a rack in a broiler pan. Spread about 1 tablespoon sauce on each muffin half. Divide the chicken and cheese among the muffin halves. Sprinkle with the crushed red pepper.
  • Broil 4 inches from the heat for 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Ingredients

  • 4 English muffin, split and toasted
  • 0.5 cup Prego® Veggie Smart® Pizza Sauce
  • 2 cans (4.5 ounces each ) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
  • 0.25 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepperor dried oregano leaves
