Chicken Pesto & Pepper Sandwiches
Fire up the grill to make these delicious grilled chicken sandwiches that feature mozzarella cheese, red peppers and prepared pesto. These sandwiches are special enough to serve your guests, but they're simple enough for everyday too.

Cooking Directions
- Reserve about 4 teaspoons pesto sauce for sandwiches.
- Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium. Grill the chicken for 15 minutes or until cooked through, turning and brushing often with the remaining pesto sauce during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
- Top the warm chicken with the cheese.
- Spread the reserved pesto sauce on the top bun halves. Place the lettuce on the bottom bun halves. Top with the chicken, peppers and top bun halves.

- 0.5 cup prepared basil pesto
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves(about 4 breast halves)
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 4 Pepperidge Farm® Sesame Topped Hamburger Buns
- 4 romaine lettuceleaves
- 1 jar (7 ounces) roasted red bell pepper, drained
