Chicken Pasta Salad Italiano

Cooking Directions

  • Place the pasta, chicken, cucumber, tomato and peas in a large bowl.  Add the dressing and toss to coat.  Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rotini (spiral) pasta, cooked and drained
  • 2 cans (4.5 ounces each ) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
  • 1 small cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 0.5 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 0.75 cup fat-free Italian dressing or reduced fat creamy Italian salad dressing
