Cheddar Potato & Gravy Bake

This cheese-topped potato side dish will rapidly become one often requested.

Cooking Directions

  • Spray a 2-quart shallow baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.
  • Place half the potatoes in the baking dish.  Top with the onion and remaining potatoes.  Pour the gravy over all.  Sprinkle with the paprika.  Cover the baking dish.
  • Bake at 350°F. for 1 hour.  Uncover the baking dish.  Sprinkle with the cheese.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

  • 2 large potato(about 1 pound), cut in half and thinly sliced (about 3 cups)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Chicken Gravy
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese(about 4 ounces)
