Caprese Salad
Caprese salad is all about simple but high-quality ingredients. Red, ripe tomatoes, the freshest mozzarella and fragrant basil leaves mingle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. This salad is typically layered but ours is a chunky version for easier eating alongside your favorite soup.

- Place the tomatoes, cheese and basil into a medium bowl. Add the oil and vinegar and toss to coat. Season to taste.
