Cooking Directions

  • Stir the stock, lemon juice, basil, thyme and black pepper in a small bowl. Use the stock mixture to baste chicken, fish or pork during grilling.

  • 1 cup Swanson® Chicken Stock
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
  • 1 dash Generous dash black pepper
