Cooking Directions

  • Heat the oven to 400°F.  Place the chicken into a roasting pan. 
  • Bake for 30 minutes.  Pour the enchilada sauce over the chicken.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, occasionally basting the chicken with the sauce.
  • Stir the sauce in the pan and serve over the chicken.
