Baked Cauliflower Bites

Our easy Baked Cauliflower Bites recipe is versatile enough to be either a unique side dish or a fun app for your next party. Cream of Cremini and Shiitake soup adds a unique flavor while cheese and breadcrumbs add richness and texture.

Cooking Directions

  • Heat the oven to 400°F.  While the oven is heating, line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Stir the soup, onion powder and dry mustard in a large bowl.  Add the cauliflower and toss to coat.  Place the cauliflower on the baking sheet.  Stir the cheeses and bread crumbs in a medium bowl.  Sprinkle the mixture over the cauliflower.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until the cauliflower is lightly browned and tender.  Serve hot.

  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Cremini & Shiitake Soup
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets (about 4 1/2 cups florets)
  • 0.25 cup finely shredded Swiss cheese
  • 0.25 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup plain dry bread crumbs
