Apple & Chicken Sandwiches
Add some sweetness and crunch to your chicken salad with chopped apples and a little spreadable fruit. Grab some pumpernickel bread, and you've got the makings of a fantastic sandwich.

Cooking Directions
- Stir the mayonnaise and spreadable fruit in a small bowl. Stir in the chicken and apple.
- Arrange the lettuce on the bread slices. Divide the chicken mixture between the bread slices.

- 2 tablespoons fat free mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apricot spreadable fruit or apple jelly
- 1 can (4.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
- 0.25 cup coarsely chopped apple
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 slices Pepperidge Farm® Pumpernickel Bread, toasted
