5-Minute Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Grande
You can't get dinner on the table any quicker than this...all you need is 5 minutes, some leftover chicken or pork, and three pantry ingredients, to get great Southwestern flavor, really fast!

Cooking Directions
- Spoon the chicken down the center of the tortilla. Top with half the enchilada sauce and half the cheese. Roll up the tortilla and place seam-side down onto a microwavable plate. Top with the remaining sauce and cheese.
- Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute 30 seconds or until the cheese is melted.

- 1 (10-inch) flour tortilla, warmed
- 0.5 cup enchilada sauce
- 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
