Tina's Mexican Casserole
Here's a dish that could be served at just about any occasion. This easy-to-make casserole, features seasoned ground beef in a creamy cheese sauce, layered with tortilla chips. It's so easy, and it's so good!

Cooking Directions
- Cook the beef and onion in in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to break up the meat. Pour off any fat. Stir the cumin and chili powder in the skillet.
- Stir the beans, tomatoes, soup, milk and cheese in a 3-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Stir the beef mixture into the saucepan.
- Place half of the tortilla chips in the bottom of a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with the beef mixture.
- Bake at 350°F. for 20 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Top the beef mixture with the remaining tortilla chips and bake for 5 minutes or until the chips are golden brown.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 can (about 15 ounces) ranch style beans
- 10 ounces (1 can) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 ounces processed American cheese food product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about 1/4 cup)
- 4 cups tortilla chips
