Mini Beef Loaves

These fabulous individual meatloaves are extra flavorful because they're made with both beef gravy and picante sauce.

Cooking Directions

  • Thoroughly mix 1/4 cup gravy, 1/4 cup picante sauce, beef, bread crumbs and egg in a large bowl.  Shape the mixture firmly into 6 loaves and place into a large baking pan.
  • Bake at 400°F. for 30 minutes or until the meat loaves are cooked through.
  • Heat the remaining gravy and picante sauce in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling.  Serve the gravy with the meat loaves and potatoes.

  • 1 can  (10 1/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Beef Gravy
  • 0.5 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
  • 2  pounds ground beef
  • 2 cups  fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 6 cups  hot mashed potatoes
