Mediterranean Wraps

A quick meal doesn’t have to be bad for you.  These wraps are loaded with good things like hummus and veggies and all wrapped up in a whole grain tortilla.  Pairs perfectly with our Campbell’s® Slow Kettle® Mediterranean Vegetable Soup with Kale and Orzo.

Cooking Directions

  • Spread the hummus on the tortillas.  Top with the cucumber, spinach and onion.  Roll up the tortillas around the filling.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup hummus
  • 2 whole wheat flour tortilla (10-inch) or whole grain wraps (9-inch)
  • 0.5 cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • 0.5 cup baby spinach
  • 2 slices red onion, cut in half
