Easy Beef & Broccoli
This easy beef and broccoli stir-fry features sirloin steak, broccoli, onion and garlic cooked in a savory soy-seasoned sauce. This dish is perfect served over hot cooked rice and goes from skillet to table in just 25 minutes.

Cooking Directions
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until well browned. Remove the beef from the skillet.
- Heat the remaining oil in the skillet. Add the broccoli, onion and garlic powder and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir the soup, water and soy sauce in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the beef to the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve the beef mixture over the rice.

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak or beef top round steak, 3/4-inch thick, cut into very thin strips
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 0.125 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
- 0.333 cup water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 cups hot cooked white rice or egg noodles
