Easy Baked Chicken
Roast chicken is a comfort food classic and this version only takes 10 minutes of hands-on prep. Coat the chicken with seasoned flour, then pour the gravy over and bake. The gravy keeps the chicken moist during roasting, then blends with the drippings in the bottom of the pan, perfect for spooning over hot mashed potatoes!
