Creamy Chicken Bake

Chicken breasts are coated with a mixture of bread crumbs and  Parmesan cheese, then topped with a creamy garlic-mushroom sauce featuring Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup.

Cooking Directions

  • Place the chicken into a 3-quart shallow baking dish.  Stir the soup, milk, garlic powder and mushrooms in a medium bowl.  Spoon the soup mixture over the chicken.
  • Stir the cheese, bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl.  Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the soup mixture.
  • Bake at 400°F. for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.  Stir the sauce and serve with the chicken.

  • 1.75 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
  • 0.333 cup milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 jar (4 1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
